We make our chicken pot pies the same way our family has for generations. Not only are they easy to prepare but once you pull it out of the oven you will see a golden brown crust that surrounds a rich and hearty combination of peas, carrots, and tender chicken – all enveloped in a savory gravy. Simply bake at 400⁰ Fahrenheit, covered with foil for the first 45 min-1 hour. If baking from frozen, the pie will take approximately 1½ hours and if baking from thawed it will take around 1 hour. It is one of our favorite ways to warm up on a cold winter’s night.
