We love their fall-off-the bone tenderness and remarkable juiciness. We recommend simply tossing them into a crock pot and cooking on a low setting for 6-8 hours or on a medium setting for 4-6 hours in order to achieve the ultimate flavor potential for these classic ribs. You may also cook them in the oven for 1-1 ½ hours at 325 degrees, covering with foil for the first hour.
