Lamb Leg is a traditional Easter meal. Our lamb comes from domestic small farms and is of the highest quality. Each leg is semi boneless and are sold as either wholes (7-9 lb) or in half and our butchers will happily de-bone, tie or butterfly your roast for you.
The French Rack of Lamb says it all in itself…. elegance, simplicity, and perfection. This Easter favorite is gourmet all the way. Each rack is approximately 8 ribs.
