Beef Eye of Round Roast
The Eye of Round roast is a lean roast that prefers to be roasted in the oven as opposed to in a crock pot or on a grill/smoker. We primarily use it for our corned beef. It can be used to make a great beef jerky or even used to make pastrami or roast beef for those interested in making their own deli-style cold cuts. We will happily cut and trim our roasts to your specifications.
