The Flank Steak is a great choice for almost any dish in almost any style of cooking. Since it is a leaner cut it lends well to being cooked at higher temperatures and is great cooked on a grill, in a pan or even a wok. One of our favorite ways to cook the flank steak is to tenderize it then marinate it in some of our delicious ginger teriyaki and finish it on the grill over a medium high heat. Our butchers can cut, slice and or tenderize this cut for you and we will also happily marinate it in teriyaki or season it with our delicious house rub.
