Plain Beef Tri-Tip Roast
Our Tri-Tip has been one of our best selling products for years. This highly-marbled cut is one of the simplest and most versatile beef items you can cook. While many prefer grilling or smoking them, others will cook the tri tip in the oven or crock pot. We offer the tri-tip in two different marinades, either the Santa Maria or the Beef Bourguignon, as well as simply unmarinated and unseasoned. The Santa Maria tri-tip has a southwestern barbeque-flavor profile that is both bold and well-balanced. On the other hand, our Beef Bourguignon is a burgundy wine and black pepper marinade that is a little more subtle than the Santa Maria marinade.
