Sourced from Niman Ranch in Park City and Colorado, our USDA choice spring legs of lamb are available as whole or half. Our expert butchers will prepare it just the way you want—de-boned, tied, and trimmed.

 Honey Glazed Spiral-Sliced Hams
Our in-house glazed spiral-sliced hams are a true Easter tradition. Perfectly glazed to a golden brown with deep amber hues, these hams are a labor of love, available in half (8-9 lbs) and whole (16-18 lbs). More than just food, they’re a centerpiece for your holiday table.
