Boneless Prime Rib: $24.98 per lb

  • Savor the richness of our highly marbled, tender Boneless Prime Rib. You can choose to season your roast with our complimentary house rub for that extra flavor kick. Elevate your feast with our hunter sauce, a luxurious red wine reduction cream of mushroom sauce, and don’t forget homemade creamy horseradish sauce for an added zest.

Bone-in Prime Rib: $22.98 per lb

  • Want a truly awe-inspiring meal?  The Bone-in Prim Rib is king!  Rich in marbling and flavor this is a roast that is sure to be the talk of the town.  We suggest 2-3 eaters per rib we and order them per ribs (2, 3, 4, 5, or a whole 7-rib roast). We can season these in our favorite house rub and love to serve it with our Homemade Au-jus and Horseradish.

Turducken: $16.98 per lb

  • Our Turducken is one of the simplest and most enjoyable ways to feed your friends and family this holiday season. The Turducken is where we wrap boneless duck breast inside a layer of boneless chicken breast and a final layer of turkey breast. We include a layer of stuffing in between each layer of meat for more delicious flavor and we tie the whole roast up so it will cook evenly for a juicy and delicious roast. When you order the Turducken you’re given the option of a wild rice and mushroom stuffing or our apple almond stuffing.  The size ranges for orders of our Turducken is 7-9 lbs, 10/12, and the largest is a 12-14 lb range.

Honey Glazed Spiral-Sliced Hams: $7.98 per lb

Glazed to a stunning rich golden brown and deep amber, these hams are a labor of love, perfected over generations. We have the half hams (7-9 lbs)  and whole hams (16-18 lbs) available , they’re not just food; they’re a centerpiece that brings families together.

Pork Crown Roast: $10.98 per lb

  • Behold the simple elegance of our Pork Crown Roast, a minimum of 10 ribs of stunning appearance and full flavor. Seasoned with our delicious house rub and perfect when paired with stuffing, it’s the epitome of festive dining.

Leg of Lamb: $20.98 per lb

  • Our USDA choice spring legs of lamb from Niman Ranch located in Park City and Colorado are a testament to quality and versatility. Sold as whole or half, our butchers are at your service to prepare your leg of lamb exactly how you need it—de-boned, tied, trimmed, or cut for stew.

Mary’s Fresh All-Natural Turkeys: $5.49 per lb

  • Turkey is the classic holiday meal that is hard to pass up when cooked to a picturesque golden brown. We offer amazing Fresh All-Natural Turkeys from Mary’s. They are free of GMOs, no antibiotics or added hormone and preservative free.  We sell them by weight ranges that are, 12-16 lbs, 16-20 lbs, and 20-24 lbs. We also sell just the keil breast and even bone-out the breast upon request.  Be sure to also grab some of our delicious turkey gravy and turkey brine when you come in to get your turkey.   *Keil Breast price is $11.98LB   *De-boning Fee $10.00

Smoked Prime Rib $36.98 per lbs

  • Our smoked prime rib is tender, juicy, and rich in flavor. Seasoned with our house rub and smoked to a delectable state, this piece of meat is truly a king’s roast. Reheat your prime rib in your oven at 325 degrees till it reaches an internal temperature of 120 degrees, rest for 15 minutes, and slice. Your Christmas meal—made simple and delicious.   *Feeds 4-5 people

Smoked Beef Tenderloin $54.98 per lbs

  • The smoked beef tenderloin, also known as Chateaubriand, will add elegance to your night. Its buttery texture is sublime in flavor. Reheat in your oven at 325 degrees till the tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 120 degrees. Serve this roast cold or warm and gift yourself with the ultimate gift. *Feeds 4-6 people

Smoked Turkey Sweethearts $19.98 per lbs

  • Brined, seasoned and smoked on site, our Smoked Sweetheart Turkey Breasts have become a staple of our Holiday Lineup.  An employee favorite, Snider’s Smoked Sweetheart Turkey Breasts are tender, juicy and loaded with flavor.  Eat it cold or warm it up!  The only problem we’ve ever come across with them is once you start eating it, you can’t get enough.

Party Trays

  • Meat and Cheese Tray: Delight in our visually stunning tray featuring deli-sliced roast beef, smoked turkey, ham, cheddar, Swiss, and provolone cheeses. Priced at $6.50 per person (minimum of 10 people).

I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER A WHOLE LEG OF LAMB, BONE OUT AND TIED IF NEEDED TO PICK UP THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 3, 2021, ANYTIME. I WILL COME INTO THE SHOP TOMORROW TO PAY FOR IT.
