• Fresh All Natural Mary’s Turkey-  $5.89 per lb The turkey is a holiday classic that is hard to pass up when cooked to a rich golden brown. We offer amazing all-natural turkeys from Mary’s. They are GMO, antibiotic, added-hormone and preservative free. We sell them by weight ranges from 12-16 lbs, 16-20 lbs, and 20-24 lbs. We also can remove the keil breast ($11.98 per lb) and even bone-out ($10.00 fee) the breast upon request.  Be sure to also grab some of our delicious turkey gravy and turkey brine when you come in to get your turkey.
• Honey Glazed Ham-  $8.79 lb We glaze our spiral-sliced hams in-house for two simple reasons: first because we have acquired over generations the expertise to do so second, because it is a lot of fun. Our hams are glazed to perfection in a beautiful cross between rich golden brown and deep amber that will make your mouth water. We sell the hams as either whole or half hams.
• Boneless Prime Rib- $33.98 lb  Highly marbled, tender, and packed with flavor.  The boneless roasts are cut to your desired weight. We also offer to season the roasts with our complimentary house rub. Be sure to try our hunter sauce, a red wine reduction cream of mushroom sauce, along with your roast this year.
• Turducken- $16.98 lb Our Turducken is one of the simplest and most fun ways to accommodate the picky appetites of your friends and family this holiday season. The Turducken is where we wrap boneless duck breast inside a layer of boneless chicken breast and a final layer of turkey breast. We include a layer of stuffing in between each layer of meat for more delicious flavor and we tie the whole roast up so it will cook evenly for a juicy and delectable roast. When you order the Turducken you’re given the option of a wild rice and mushroom stuffing or our apple almond stuffing.  The smallest size range we will make of the Turducken is 7-9 lbs and the largest is 12-14 lbs.
• Pork Crown Roast- $10.98lbThe crown roast is an iconic classic. It isn’t hard to see why with its stunning appearance and simplicity. The smallest size we offer is a 10 rib crown roast, approximately 5-7 lbs, and we will happily season the roast with our delicious house rub.
• Party Trays- Our deli staff makes some of the most visually stunning and tasty party trays you will ever see. We offer a meat and cheese tray $6.50 per person and a shrimp trays $80.00 per tray.  The meat tray comes with our deli sliced roast beef, smoked turkey, and ham with cheddar, Swiss, and provolone cheeses. The shrimp tray simply comes with mounds of delicious shrimp and a cocktail sauce
• Smoked Turkey Sweetheart Roast- $19.98 per lb We brine and smoke our boneless sweetheart turkey breasts until they achieve a beautiful golden brown outside with tender and delicious meat on the inside. Our smoked turkey kiel breast are not only ideal for anyone looking for an alternative to having to cook a turkey themselves, but is also wonderful when sliced up for sandwiches or appetizers this holiday season. *Apx finish weight is 3-3.5 lbs.
• Leg of Lamb- $20.98  per lb Our USDA choice spring  legs of lamb come out of Colorado. Each leg is semi boneless and are sold as either wholes (7-8 lb) or in half and our butchers will happily de-bone, tie, cut to lay flat, trim and or cut each leg for stew to meet your needs this holiday season.
• Smoked Boneless Prime Rib- $50.00 per lb Our smoked prime rib is tender, juicy, and rich in flavor. Seasoned with our house rub and smoked to a delectable state, this piece of meat is truly a king’s roast. Reheat your prime rib in your oven at 325 degrees till it reaches an internal temperature of 120 degrees, rest for 15 minutes, and slice. Your Thanksgiving meal—made simple and delicious.
